Standard Usage

Standard usage guidelines are used to determine when extra charges may apply to your rental time. Standard usage for a four-hour slot is defined as: = 30 pounds of clear furnace glass, = one-half of an annealer, and a 14 hour annealing cycle.

We schedule our classes and rental time to assure that everyone has ample glass and annealer space. Please be considerate and alert us when scheduling your time if you anticipate your usage to exceed standard usage. If your usage exceeds standard usage an additional fee ($4.00/lb.) will be charged to your account.

Cancellation

48 hour notice is required to cancel a rental reservation. With 24 - 48 hours notice, 50% of the rental cost will be charged to your account. With less than 24 hours notice, 75% of the rental cost shall be charged to your account. No shows will be charged the full amount. Please be considerate to others and cancel your reservations ahead of time!
